Shipping Policy

• ALL orders will be processed and confirmed within 1-3 business days.
• Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and confirmed before the end of following Monday (unless it is a Holiday).
• Business days are Monday through Friday. (Saturdays, Sundays, and Major Holidays are not included in business days)
• You will receive a confirmation email with product availability after your order has been received and processed.
• While we strive to maintain the most accurate online inventory, some items may become unavailable. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. A refund for that item may have to be issued.
• All orders will be mailed out within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
• We currently are offering in store and curbside pick up for your shopping convenience. 
• All orders placed will have a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00.
• All orders are mailed using USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your package. We will notify you when your order is shipping out.
• We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once your package has left our store.
• HOLIDAY ORDERS: To ensure that you receive your items by Christmas we recommend utilizing our contact-free options for curbside or in store pick up as the Holiday nears. However, when placing your order to be shipped we will process within 24 hours and then will be shipped out. We cannot guarantee your package to arrive by Christmas if you place your order AFTER DECEMBER 17th.

• Bella-gia Boutique Online Accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and Paypal.
• Bella-gia gift cards can be purchased in store or online and can be redeemed in store or online. 
• Our in store rewards program Bella Bucks are not eligible for any online purchases, and may not be earned for online purchases.
• Our Bella Points Rewards Online program is only for Online redemption.
